Porcini Risotto with New York SourVietnamese Coffee, Bourbon and Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Porcini Mushroom Risotto is one of my favorite Risotto recipes. This was a date night made better with New York Sour and Vietnamese Coffee Ice cream (not pictured). New York Sour is a mix of Rye Whiskey, Lemon Juice, and Red Wine.
